I have been in practice as a clinical social worker for over 10 years. I have had the opportunity with work with many different people with various issues. I have experience with mood disorders, generalized anxiety, grief and loss, maternal mental health and life transitions. As a mental health therapist I enjoy helping people accomplish their identified goals that would help them with improving their daily outlook on life.

I believe that healing is a choice and I enjoy working with clients who are invested in working to improve the quality of their lives. I enjoy watching my clients grow and adopt new mindsets about their lives.
