What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To work with The YOU Brand Academy individuals must first book a 15-30 minute YOU Brand Consult at https://www.theyoubrandacademy.com/book-online
Once the session is booked an email is sent out containing conference call information. The invite must be accepted to confirm the YOU Brand Consult.
Once the invite is accepted a questionnaire form is sent out. The questionnaire form must be filled out at least 8 hours prior to your discussion because it will assists in governing the discussion that will occur during the YOU Brand Consult.
During the 30 minute call after introductions:
- We discuss your career point A (where you are now in your career journey) and your career point B (where you want to be or envision yourself being in your career journey).
- What’s holding you back from getting to career point b?
- What you have done this far to get to where you want to be?
- Happiness levels with current situation.
- How ready are you to invest to make a transition in your career???!! Most people say right now and they are willing to invest in themselves which is key!!! In order to get from career point A to career point B a change has to occur and you have to invest in yourself!!!! So we then discuss the best package for their needs!
