The Executive Women's Success Institute (EXWSI), is a certified veteran-owned SDVOSB, MBE/DBE, that help women in their careers, women in business, and women who aspire to become executives or business owners reach their goals while avoiding the obstacles and pitfalls that may keep them stuck or stagnant. Dr. Lewis uses her own researched and personally created proprietary program to do this. Dr. Lewis has experience in the Federal government, city government, and corporate arena. She has a doctorate in Management & Organizational Leadership, a Master's in Security Management, and a bachelor's in Business Management. She is certified as a career coach, and in Diversity & Women's Issues, and she is a certified Financial Literacy Educator. Dr. Lewis has numerous awards and accolades recognizing her expertise.
