Seeking mental health treatment is an important first step, and I can appreciate how BIG of a step it is. Questions and uncertainty outweigh almost all other emotions, except hopefulness - hope that this step will help change your life, or the life of your child and family, for the better. Whether or not you invite me in to help guide you or your child through this journey, it is my hope that you will continue to move forward towards mental health wellness.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families who are struggling with mental illness, trauma, behavioral and attachment issues. I take a client-centered / strength-based approach, and value co-construction and transparency in my clinical work.

I graduated from UCONN and trained at the Yale Child Study Center. I am well-versed in CBT, DBT/mindfulness therapy, trauma informed therapy, behavior modification and play therapy. I would be more than happy to speak with you further about how I may be able to help you on your journey to mental health wellness.

I accept Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, and CT Husky insurances. If you have out-of-network benefits with another insurance provider, I would be happy to provide you with documentation needed for your reimbursement.
