About
As both a clinical social worker with an MSW degree and a certified Life Coach and spiritual teacher, I offer a full spectrum of emotional and mental health support to clients. Many of my clients notice that by coming to me, it's "one stop shopping" and they often stay with me for years, as I serve a variety of their needs, ranging from career and relationship transitions to Bereavement counseling.
I've been serving clients for over 35 years and have worked with over 2000 couples and families on their various emotional and relationship challenges.
I see clients in my Newburgh NY office where I've had my full time practice since 2004, and I work with clients by phone and video - WhatsApp is best!
You can find me on LinkedIn and Facebook. Just look for Sheila Pearl
I enjoy witnessing the positive changes my clients make in their lives.

I have a Masters degree in clinical social work (MSW) from Yeshiva University's Wurzweiler School of Social Work (1981). I'm also a Certified Life Coach (2002) by The Empowerment Training Institute, with David Gerson and Gail Straub.
I am also a trained family therapist (Ackerman Family Therapy Institute) and Bereavemrnt counselor. As clergy with The Barnert Memorial Temple in Franklin Lakes NJ for 13, I received training in pastoral counseling.
