Selecting the right therapist will be your key to unlocking the changes that you desire. I am a solution-based therapist, and I use multiple modalities to support each individual in reaching their true essence.
An ideal candidate for my services may be experiencing one or more of the following; disempowering relationships that lack boundaries , substance misuse/abuse, feelings of anxiety/depression, internal dialogues keeping you from achieving your goals, feeling trapped with “no way out,” and PTSD.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what brings them into thearpy and what goals they aspire to achieve in therapy. Typically with a new client they will walk away from their very first session feeling better, thinking more clearly and feel a sense of direction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience as a therapist. I have been trained in the field of addictions, co dependency, marriage and family therapy, couples therapy, and remain up to date on providing the best techniques to my clients.
I obtained a Master's Degree in Agency Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I am Registered with the State of Coloardo as a Psychotherapist.
