What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First consult is done by phone at no charge. All questions are answered over the phone. An email is sent with a list of documents to get together for first appointment, appointment is then made by phone, client undergoes intake process, we type the file, client signs the bankruptcy in as fast as 24 hours, case is filed with the court, we attend trustee meeting 4-6 weeks later with client (phone conference/ no actual court appearance) case is usually discharged 3 and a half months later, and client can begin re-building credit.
