What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First consult is by phone at no charge. All questions are answered. A email is sent with instructions for the intake appointment, client undergoes intake process, file is typed and credit reports downloaded. Case is filed in as fast as 24 hours, we attend trustee meeting 4 weeks later with client ( ZOOM CALL! no actual court appearance). Bankruptcy is discharged 3 and a half months later, and client can begin re-building credit.
