We can do remote tax preparation using our secured online portal that is encrypted. Clients upload their documents in PDF, Excel or Word and their tax returns will be prepared at our office. When the draft tax returns are ready, they can be downloaded from the secured online portal for client discussion per the phone. If the draft copies are accepted by the client, the efile forms and engagement letter are downloaded from the online portal and signed by the client and uploaded. The tax returns are then efiled and the invoice can be paid by venmo, zhelle or credit card payment. The final copies can be downloaded in the secured online portal. I
