The whole being is considered in drawing forth a design for the most efficacious holistic massage therapy treatment, reiki, yoga, personal fitness training, guided meditation, life coaching & or counseling to suit the personal needs of the individual.
Your comfort level is paramount. I strive to help each person become fully present, by way of drawing attention to the aliveness within, through deep & easy breathing.
I welcome each individual to talk as much or as little as they wish while laying upon my massage table, which is plushly padded, adjustable & heated. I encourage each client to feel free to offer direction & guidance, let me know if they would like adjustments in pressure to any area & or which techniques to utilize & where I may apply additional focus.
Conscious breath propels my movements as I warm the muscle tissues with light touch, progressing into medium, then gradually to deep pressure. I respond with sensitivity to the willingness & invitation a person's body presents, from root to crown, moving energy along its meridians to obtain optimal circulation around & within the body's energy field.
Parallel principles of such energy movement apply in the realms of massage, reiki, fitness, yoga, meditation, life coaching & counseling. All the systems benefit from the free flow of chi - prana - life force. In a nurturing environment, vitality & rejuvenation are promoted throughout the process.
Gentle guidance is given to a place of real connection to high consciousness & grounded awareness, while inhabiting the now. Serene & joyous states of being are often achieved by way of implementing compassionate care.
Anatomical, physiological & nutritional knowledge are structural foundations on to which sessions are created. Mental health is essentially interconnected as part of our whole physical & spiritual selves. Pure consciousness, transcending description, where limitless potential & peaceful power abides, is the place I strive to take my clients.
I find it fulfilling to meet people from all walks of life & help them on their individual healing journeys.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I establish what their needs & goals are & we decide together how to satisfy them.
Open to requests about particular treatment & feedback from clients on what they like, believe & feel would be best for them. The massage, training & or wellness session is customized to your needs. I like to do at least 90 minutes per person, to be thorough & comprehensive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years experience across a wide array of disciplines.
Formal mainstream Physical Therapy studies at Florida Gulf Coast University.
Additional Metaphysical training in hypergnostic meditation school of Arica in Chile.

Sliding scale & the following discounted rates apply to those who travel to me.
$120 - 1 & a half hours
$160 - 2 hours
$200 - 2 & a half hours

How did you get started in this business?
Some years ago I made a transition from the visual arts to the healing arts. That being said, the visual arts can also be therapeutic.
