After competing in sports the last 40 years, I’ve understood the importance of giving back to my body.

Massage therapy, along with yoga, and meditation …. has made a tremendous impact on my mental and physical health and my overall wellbeing.

So, in 2022 ….. I became a certified massage therapist in order to assist others in rejuvenating their bodies to its maximize potential.
