Patient and non judgement, Dr. Leanna is unafraid to open up space for you to shapeshift into various sub-personalities within your psyche in order for you to become aware of the deep rooted traumas implanted there since childhood that are now stuck on repeat and causing chaos in your subconscious. I’ve seen this done in movies, but never realized the scope of transformational power this activity actually has on the human identity and how we function in the world around us. I read the rational recovery literature as you recommended. It makes a lot more sense today than it would have 2 yrs clean. The evolution of this thing is intriguing but I guess many people don't notice and don't let it happen. Thanks for always being there for me Mike.
