With years of experience, Andrew, a former professional athlete who transitioned into the field due to a sports injury, specializes in sports massages, kinesiology stretching, and rehabilitation medical massages. He is a graduate of the Academy of Health Sciences in NJ/NY and continues his education in sports science and kinesiology at a California college.
Anastasia, a distinguished graduate of the New York Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, is a certified health coach, licensed massage therapist, and current Ph.D. student. She is well-regarded on both the East and West Coasts for her expertise in women’s health, postpartum care, and trauma recovery.
We take pride in our unique blend of skills and methods, combining cutting-edge knowledge with holistic practices to offer personalized care.
