About this pro

Our name is Chazak. Chazak means strong and courageous. I believe all individuals were created with these characteristics. Our services teach children, millennials, and older individuals how to move from managing symptoms to resisting them and moving on with stronger communication; strong relationships, stronger decision-making ability, stronger positive self-image; freedom from the effects of trauma, stronger reasons to walk away from any type of addiction; self-forgiveness; a stronger life.  The solutions are simple, the work is challenging.  “Challenge” for us, only means a call for action.

What I like most about my work is the learner’s journey.  Identical concerns have different paths.  When a learner understands his/her path the “why” the symptom occurs and “how to” transition to resolution becomes clear.

She opened me and my boyfriends eyes and we’re gonna try our best to make things work!

  • Sharee B.

Yolanda was helpful with asking the right questions that allowed me to identify areas that I can improve upon. She is an outstanding listener and excellent at guiding conversations towards implementing positive strategies and self-improvement. She gave me some concrete actions to work on and broke things down to simpler concepts that are digestible. Highly recommended and a thank you to her as well!

The focus is all about me and I feel comfortable with Yolanda and how she takes her time to make sure I understand and she understands me. I’m always left with another things to think about and I love that
