Jenny Knowles has over 20 years' experience helping people grow and lead happier lives. She uses her talents in hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP, meditation, energy healing and teaching in locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and the United States.

Personally, she has used these techniques herself to overcome a food addiction allowing her to successfully shed over 70 pounds and experience a new love for life.

Jenny is a gentle, empathetic and insightful hypnotherapist/NLP Coach who has the special gift of bringing out the best in others. She is driven to help her clients discover the insight and healing that they already have within. Her passion is to give encouragement and teach practical skills that effectively reduce stress, alleviate emotional triggers and dissolve negative patterns.

She is also an enthusiastic, dynamic speaker and teacher, and loves to share with others the strength and wisdom she has gained.
