Kristina’s influence helped me to understand broader life concepts through her loving and astute philosophies that resulted in me making better sense of the world, learning, heart and, ultimately, myself. Shes helped me see more clearly where I am, envision where I’d like to be, and walk through the steps to get from here to there. While Kristina helped me with practical tools and steps to accomplish specific goals, and confidently take on larger ones, everything she does is in the context of the whole person—mind, body and spirit. Helping you align your actions to your goals is part of her larger work of having you align your body, mind, deepest values and spirit with your actions.
