Bouldoukian Law Firm
About
I’ve been working in bankruptcy protection law for almost 10 years. When I became an attorney I decided to open my own practice to help people get out of debt and offer an affordable price. I work with my clients on payment plans and case plans to get them filed as soon as possible. We also review non-bankruptcy protection options Talking about bankruptcy can be overwhelming, you should feel better after consulting with a bankruptcy attorney, not worse. I strive to create an environment where my clients can talk to me about their issues and concerns.
We are all in debt in some way. I am here to help you press the “reset-button” on your finances.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are with a consultation. The best way for my office to advise you on your options, is to know what is going on. During this confidental conversation, we review your income, assets and debt to determine which chapter of bankruptcy it right for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a bankrutpcy attorney for a few years now, but I started in the world of bankruptcy law over 10 years ago.
Started over 10 years ago as an assistant in a SoCal bankruptcy law firm. I have held every position at a bankruptcy law firm so I know how much work goes into each case. I also understand how to keep costs down (which ultimately benefits my clients).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Fees are based on the total amount of work that we have to do, but we are fairly competitive when it comes to pricing. Every case is different, but that does mean fees are higher for a case that is "different."
Most firms are set up to retain as many clients as possible for the lowest price. At BLF we believe in quality over quantity. Our fees may be a but higher at times, but that is only because every penny is used to ensure a smooth and stress-free case for our clients. With that said, we have payment plan options available as well. We work with each client to come up with a "game-plan" for their case. This plan set a target date for filing and a payment schedule to get our case filed!
How did you get started in this business?
During college, a local attorney had just openned his own bankruptcy firm and was looking for an assistant. At the time, I took the job because I needed to and because it sounded interesting. Little did I know that this was going to be the start of my career in bankruptcy law.
Through out the years, experiecnces in this line of work have kept me engaged and enthusiatic about my work. Helping a family of five file for bankruptcy protection to stop a foreclosure so they can keep their house is a great feeling. I call it the "superhero" feeling of saving the day. From 2006 - 2018 it has been quite the journey.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I primarily work with individuals filing for a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There is nothing better than New Years Eve. A chance to press the reset button on your time and really set out goals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not just go with the lowest priced attorney or petition preparer. You always want to vet the people that are going to assist you during your case. Always make sure that people you work with are in good standing with the California State Bar and have good reviews on Yelp, Google, etc.
