By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often want to know you as a person before I know your problems. After all we are all humans, we all have certain strength and uniqueness and these can be the supporting elements in therapy. So my work starts with building up relationship and resources first, then we understand the troublesome situation, set up the goal and we pave the way to go there together. You will be learning and exercising new skills and experiencing the growth.
Along the way, there will be ups and downs, and it is normal and I will be supporting, guiding and encouraging. When you feel you have found your way and can handle both certainty and uncertainty, then we will celebrate your growth and you will explore yourself. Whenever you need, I will still be here to support.
