My clients tell me I am empathetic, compassionate and nonjudgmental. I have been working with clients for several decades, so I am experienced. I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable space for my clients to explore their challenges and achieve personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome my prospective client with a 45-minute complementary meeting to learn about her challenges and opportunities and see to if we are a good fit. If we decide to work together I send a Welcome Packet that includes a series of pre-work documents. Our first meeting is a review of these documents when we set the goals for our work together and metrics for success. We then meet bi-weekly.

How did you get started in this business?
It was over 30 years ago and my career found me in the form of a client looking for professional development.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the course of my career I have worked with women of all ages and all stages of their career. These days I work with women who are in their 40s, 50s & 60s and are executives or leaders in their profession or business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
What do you wish to achieve and what is holding you back? Are you ready to have someone standing in your corner and guiding/supporting you and challenging you to improve the way you experience and express yourself in your professional and personal life by engaging in honest self-reflection and risk-taking? Come prepared to be both vulnerable and strong.
