About
You have made it this far, but maybe something is holding you back from the life you really want. You might have learned a lot about yourself and relationships over the years, but you still feel stuck in the same patterns.
Let me help you get unstuck. You are taking the first big step by reaching out, already showing that you are ready for change. Together we can help improve your confidence, feel more capable of handling hard circumstances, and enhance your relationships for more life satisfaction and well-being.
I often work with individuals who are going through big life changes, are experiencing loss or grief, or want to work on their relationships. I use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) as a trauma-focused therapy to help relieve uncomfortable responses to life triggers.
Call me for a free 15 minute consultation and to see how I can best support you.
I love helping people move through their distress with use of somatic, trauma-informed, and relational therapy
We can target what you want to work on and help achieve your goals together with use of talk therapy and the mind-body connection.
It is truly an honor to be invited into an individual’s life in some of their darkest and most vulnerable moments. I get to support people to create positive change in their life every day.
