I specialize in working with adult women who were victims of childhood sexual abuse and who are now dealing with the fallout of this trauma, as in substance abuse issues, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, chronic health conditions, low self esteem, relationship discord, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I collaborate with them to identify and work through the issues that are causing them difficulties in their lives. I provide them with education, support, and encouragement as they implement the tools that they learn in therapy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2003. I am trained in EMDR and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Also, I am certified in Healing Shame and in MindBody Therapy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard fee is $100 but I reserve a certain number of sliding scale openings.
If someone cannot afford my standard fee, I am open to talking with them about a reduced fee.
