Natalie Gipson (CareerPrepPros) has helped prepare me for oral interviews, for approximately 5 years. During that time, I was able to promote to Detective, Detective ll, Sergeant, and most recently, Sergeant ll. Natalie understands what interviewers are looking for, during the Promotional Selection Process. She has given me the tools to prepare, and present myself as an outstanding candidate for every position of which I’ve applied to fill. I always leave our three hour sessions with the tools that I need to succeed. Natalie also conducts mock interviews, that leave me feeling confident, and excited, because I KNOW that I’m prepared to take on the next interview. Every interview has been different. I will continue to schedule a session with Natalie before EVERY interview, because she makes sure that I’m prepared for any, and every question that could possibly be asked during the interview.
