My foundation is based on Emotional Intelligence. We all come from a long history of feelings, behaviors, upbringings and lifestyles. We all go through stress from work, family platonic & romantic relationships. Majority of these circumstances we cannot control, it may be out of our hands. However, one thing that we can control is how we react towards these situations.

I also come from a career services background. Working as a career counselor has given me the privilage to understand where people are coming from and where they want to be based on their personality, interests, and skills.

I stand to support others to be free from negative thoughts and emotions and to live a life of purpose!
