The four main areas we coach people in are: anger management, career/business growth, relationship challenges, and personal development. We are dedicated to helping people solve relationship and anger problems associated with disrespect, insecurities, bad attitudes, and guilt through spiritual non-judgmental conversation! Our hidden, underlying beliefs often keep us from experiencing the full richness of life. We use a combination of objective assessment tools, dialogues and cognitive behavioral exercises to help you achieve your dreams.
Our website includes video, bios, and my blog. We meet with clients face to face, over the phone and via skype. We are a husband and wife team dedicated to helping people solve anger and relationship problems through spiritual non-judgmental conversation. The three main areas we coach people in are: balancing energy, relationship challenges, and anger management. We also take on consulting projects that include team building, leadership development and organizational assessment. We use a combination of proven, objective assessment tools, dialogues and experiential exercises to walk with you as you bring about the change you wish to see in your life.
Katrina brought Jasmine and Durron together. After the storm Durron moved to Illinois. Durron’s Fiancé had cancer and at the time the medical facilities on the coast could not service her. Two years later she passed away. During this time, Durron learned what it truly means to serve and care for others. In the process of trying to move back to the coast, Durron met Jasmine at the truck rental facility. Needless to say, Durron stayed in Chicago for another 5 years after meeting Jasmine. During this time Jasmine attended graduate training and worked in the corporate sector. Durron and Jasmine both realized that they both had a burning desire to help people achieve happiness.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Some friends have negative outlooks and are energy drains. Others can be a wonderful part of your support system. In today's fast paced, cell phone world with all its distractions, marvelous as many of them are, it's not always easy to listen attentively. Also when you're close to someone, there are many relationship dynamics and personal agendas that intercept the type of objective a coach provides. A coach is also trained in listening skills as well as a process of asking questions at the right times and providing feedback.
