I have fifteen years of experience in helping patients with Oriental medicine and acupuncture. This experience led me towards becoming a certified life coach. I specialize in helping people overcome their health challenges along with setting goals. I do fertility, sleep, pain, weight loss, and ed recovery coaching. I also help anyone to set and achieve their goals. I help my clients with tools like self-directed neuroplasticity. This helps to re-wire the brain for healing. I believe if a person changes their story and perspective it will change their life.

I enjoy encouraging others. I love seeing the progression towards health and wellness. My hearts leaps when I hear that one of my patients is pregnant or pain free. it's exciting to see peoples lives transformed.
