About
I provide hypnotherapy, resources, and support for people who are grieving, and/or struggling with anxiety, depression or stress.
After becoming a widow when my children were just 7 and 10 years old, we attended grief support groups, saw multiple counselors, and visited various types of medical professionals and healers for grief, and the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual struggles that followed the loss.
I have a degree in family development, have facilitied multiple grief support groups for ages 4 to adult, and became trained in hypnotherapy after seeing the amazing results my daughter experienced through hypnotherapy.
I have a passion and a calling to help others who are grieving and struggling emotionally. My clients have expressed deep gratitude for the results they've received from hypnotherapy. Some of these results include greater levels of joy and peace, more compassion for themselves and others, feeling better able to handle the challenges of life, and overall improved mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.
Grief is a universal experience, however many people do not have the tools and support to navigate their grief and pain.
I'd love to help YOU on your journey to better health and greater happiness!

My work is fulfilling in many ways. I love being able to help my clients help themselves heal. There is nothing more wonderful than helping someone find their way through a dark time in their life... Finding their way, step by step, moment by moment, back to the light... To feeling hopeful. To feeling peaceful. To feeling joyful. I am blessed and honored by the work I do.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you're ready to experience the benefits of hypnotherapy, reach out by phone, email or on my Facebook page. I will send intake paperwork for you to complete, answer any questions you may have, and set up a time for our first session. Sessions include check-in and discussion, hypnosis/meditation, and post-hypnosis discussion, including setting up your next session and discussing any activities for you to do that support the hypnotherapy work we are doing together.
Sessions can be done in person, or remotely. I can travel to you in the Phoenix area; or we can do sessions via Facebook Messenger or by telephone, on speaker.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in family development from Phoenix College; hypnotherapy certification form the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts; and experience facilitating grief support groups for all ages.
