What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For wills and trust packages, we will send you a worksheet via email. We will meet with you to review the worksheet and answer your questions. Then we will meet with you a second time to review, explain and sign documents. We expect payment of one-half the fees at the first meeting and the balance at the second. We strive to make sure that you have all the documents you may need and that you’re familiar with the contents. We give you the originals in a leatherette 3 ring binder for safekeeping. We look forward to seeing you soon.
