What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the age of Covid, we have transitioned to a flexible introduction. For clients who would like contactless service, we have a video conferencing option and provide a secure link using Intuit Link for the uploading of documents. The link collects data through an online organizer available through a mobile app or browser. We also will visit the client at their home or office and have an office for the client to meet at if they prefer. Initially we send out a "What to Bring to your Tax Meeting" via email to assist in gathering documents.
