What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make everything as easy as possible for my clients.
We can discuss by phone, meet in person, or email what is wanted and needed. Whatever works best for my clients.
Once I understand what kind of website you want, I can make suggestions based on your answers. I'll ask you what websites you like, dislike, what you like about them.
Once I get all the information, I'll send you the proposal, with everything that will be incorporated into the website.
Once that is agreed upon, I'll make a mock-up and we'll discuss any changes or additions needed.
Next, I'll request your down payment.
Last, I'll get started on the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees. One is in Web Development and the other is Graphic Technologies (Design).
I've been building websites for over 14 years. I keep up with the latest technologies to find the best solutions.
I participate in educational webinars approximately once per month to make sure I am 'up to speed' with building websites.
