What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure to have a valid ID. Social Security Card for yourself and any dependents and birth certificates, W2 forms, Bank Info if any..ect ( Depending on the type of return it can take about 10-45 mins )

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always get an estimate and go to different places before deciding. A lot of different companies say they can get you the "Maximum Refund" Which is a lie. It's who can save you money.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Just letting the tax preparer know what they need done and ask as many questions to feel comfortable with their preparer.
