Together, we'll discuss your goals objectives, problems to solve and key opportunities to help carve a path. A background in Communications and 14 years of well-rounded industry B2B experience including public relations, content strategy, social media, branding, internal communications and more.

Depending on project needs, timeline and overall scope, I'm flexible in offering an hourly or project-based fee.

A former mentor helped redirect my path early on in my career. My first year in college I transitioned into a part-time marketing role and it quickly became the right fit. Marketing has provided me with a platform and channel for creativity, an outlet for problem-solving and exciting and never-ending challenges that have helped me grow in a number of ways personally and professionally.

With former marketing agency experience, much of my background includes leading and managing integrated marketing and communications programs for a variety of clients and industries including manufacturing, engineering and professional services.

I recently joined MicroMentor.org, a site dedicated to pairing mentors with entrepreneurs and startups seeking knowledge and guidance in a variety of industries. In offering marketing and communications support, I'm so grateful for new partnerships and opportunities to share experience, knowledge and resources to help others overcome unique obstacles and succeed doing something they're passionate about.

Understand the context of an expert's skillset or background, rather than a list of responsibilities on a resume. To add to this, have candid and open conversations about challenges or problems the expert has solved for prior companies or clients.

Have a sense of key focus areas or priorities to make good and efficient use of time on both sides. And, be clear and upfront about urgency and deadlines, while also putting expectations front and center.
