What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following a phone consultation wherein we determine how best to assist our clients, we open a paid engagement process. Our representative(s) can visit clients at their location or if concerned about COVID issues, we will host WEBEX work sessions.
As part of our engagement we . . .
1. Develop a written action plan mutually agreed upon.
2. Create a schedule of activities with designated tasks and assigned staff.
3. Host regular management update sessions.
4. Develop a timeline following MSO guidelines and documentation.
5. Execute the plan with the client.
6. Make certain we have estalished and are selling value to end-users.
7. Measure success.
8. Conclude engagement on time / on budget.
