I offer Technology Assisted Counseling (informally known as telemental health), and also Walk and Talk Therapy. TAC sessions provide for convenience and ease of access on a HIPPA secure video platform. Walk and Talk Therapy is an increasingly popular and evidence based means of conducting therapy. I meet client's in a park and we walk while engaged in the therapy session.
