I'm a Holistic Psychotherapist in private practice offering teletherapy exclusively for women in WI.
I specialize in pre-post divorce, anxiety, depression and trauma and am trained in EMDR.
Additionally, as a Certified Mindfulness Practitioner, I can teach you mindfulness strategies that will change your life in every way. I'd be happy to help empower you in your holistic journey to healing. I can also provide you referrals to other holistic healers in your community to fully support you.
I love seeing women feel empowered to make life changing shifts in their lives to heal after divorce and trauma. They heal anxiety, depression and stress to elevate themselves holistically in mind, body and soul.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to make sure we are a good fit to work together. Message me to get scheduled by texting 608-844-8492.
If we determine it's a go, I'll send you the links by email to the paperwork I require for intake and schedule your first session.
