Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had a woman who was suicidal she liked to cut her arms to feel pain this gave her a false sense of being alive. She realized she is alive and had emotions in the depths of her soul. We were called to come over and comfort her as she lay drunk cutting her arms. We were able to listen to her rape and abused past and we noticed important ways to help her heal, change her mind set, and by the end of the night she had a positive outlook that even encouraged us to rise our positive thinking. She no longer wanted to cut or jump out of the window, we were able to see the talents in her and she began a new journey.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure to ask many questions about the professional, questions that will reveal the intent of the professional, (rewording questions make trigger false motives to keep you away from poorly motivayed professionals), always conduct some sort of research on advice given, make usre you are confident with your decision.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The customer should know what they are willing to discuss, the customer should know how to keep a track of progress, the customer should know what treatments they are open to dicussing based on their beleifs, and the customer should also be a good comunicator so they can learn to clearly express concerns or needs.
