I assist people of all ages to grow in appreciation for themselves, their lives, and their gifts and talents. I help individuals to identify strengths, form action plans, and I offer caring and compassionate support for achieving goals. My phone and internet sessions are confidential, affordable and insight-based. I specialize in career development, problem-solving, overcoming resistance to change, spiritual exploration, coping with anger and stress, increasing artistic expression, and resolving personal and interpersonal blocks to success. My work also involves improving the mind/body/spirit connection by using natural biofeedback, relaxation, and visualization methods. Currently retired, I draw from my education, training and past experiences as an interfaith minister, registered nurse, addictions counselor, hypnotherapist, and university human services educator.
