What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask alot of questions, not to be nosey, but to make sure I provide all the services the client needs and to get a better understanding of their business or personal tax and accounting needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am AFSP certified for the past 2 years and I am always reading on upcoming tax issues.
