Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with potential clients at their location or over the phone. Most importantly we listen first. In the first meeting, we discuss their business to understand what is working and what isn't. The topics discussed always extend beyond accounting and finance, because the most important thing to get right is the business. After meeting, our team drafts ideas on how we can best support the success of the business. We bring our ideas back to the potential client to determine the best fit. Sometimes that is a basic service and business consulting which starts at $99/month. Other times a customized service combining accounting including payroll, inventory and multiple locations with business consultanting is the best fit. It all depends on the client's needs.

Our founder has over 24 years experience in accounting, finance and risk management in companies of all sizes.
