What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine what is needed and provide an estimate of cost. Request copy of previous year tax return and accounting records if applicable. After reviewing documents send for additional information as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Accounting BA and am a licensed CPA. I have been working in the fields of accounting and taxation for 25 years now.

Largely small businesses (up to $5m annual gross revenue).
