Bethany has a great understanding of my challenges. She provided insight in the areas of DBT which greatly helped me in maintaining my sobriety and to be a better mom and a better partner. Her authenticity and direct approach were exactly what I needed.
I love her non judgemental and nurturing nature. She takes the time to understand where you are coming from and also shows you different ways to look at things in a way that you may not have. I have always feel safe with my thoughts, feelings and questions.
