About
I use integrative healing in my counseling with mind, body, spirit & whole person approach. In addition, I am licensed in chemical dependency.
I have my master's in cooccurring disorders through Hazelden Betty Ford School of Addiction Studies
What I enjoy most about the work I do, helping women dig deep and find within them truths and a resiliency they weren't aware has been in them all along.
In addition to helping mothers cope with postpartum (fourth trimester) stress and anxiety, I have a niche for helping women get sober.
After walking my own path through addiction, it's been amazing to guide and walk alongside women through their own journeys.
I do not believe addiction is something that is isolated from deeper, unresolved events, and I like to help my patients work through those things, after we can get addiction under control.
