Ever since I can remember I've been the creative type. When I started working, I would always try and improve signs, design business cards, even try and convince my employers to let me build their website! I always wanted to improve the business I worked for. I started doing side jobs and realized I was pretty good at it. Deciding to go full time doing what I love was the best decision I could ever make! Now we take ideas and make them come to life and we can really do it all! :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We handle leads, support, billing, and everything via email or chat. We start with a series of questions to establish the clients needs and proceed with an appropriate quote with options on maximizing their budget. Once a quote is given and agreed on, a secure invoice is sent via Square. The projects starts as soon as payment is made. We have been asked for samples prior to payment but unfortunately that is something we are very strict on. Too many times we have been had our clients pay a deposit and then the job takes several times longer to complete due to purely financial reasons. When we require payment in full up front, sometimes a job will be perfected within a couple days! This is why we have just made it our policy to expect payment prior to beginning any new project, unless otherwise discussed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Jess started out using microsft paint brush way back when and gradually moved onto photoshop and now primarily illustrator since adding printing to their list of services.

Everything Jess knows has been self taught aside from very very little (didn't finish) online shooling that she regrets ever signing up for.

Graphic design jobs such as logo vectorizing, business card design, flyer design and some other similar jobs may be priced hourly which is $50/hour with $100 minimum. 

Custom logo designs include unlimited revisions so we charge a flat $250. For those more complex designs requiring illustration that is the starting price and it may go up depending on how much detail is involved.

Website projects start at our base price of $1500 and that includes responsive design, google analytics, social media integration, contact form, blog, and we also make sure your content is search engine optimized. Depending on any special features you might need or online shops may require an additional expense depending on many factors. We would go over the specifics via email or chat when we give you a quote.
