How did you get started in this business?
Years ago, before the internet, my company needed to track parts and supplies and use them on customer invoices. I wrote my first program to run the business. Then I was off to the races.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's not just about the work, you need to enjoy working with the team you hire and have confidence in their abilities. Communication is key to a successful project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know what you want. We'll help you drill down in the details and from our experience can make suggestions and guide you through pros and cons. Don't believe that just because a quote to do your work is very expensive, that it will be the best work. For instance, we have low prices but our work is top-quality and is as good or better than the most expensive providers.
