What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with an introductory phone call or email to discuss my client’s goals, objectives, and budget. From there I will formulate a custom marketing strategy based on that conversation and provide a proposal, timeline, and SOW. If the client agrees to that I require a 50% deposit to begin the work.
