What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything has a beginning. EyeCue’s Discovery process is designed to distill concepts and ideas into implementable visions.
For one to two days, the Product team will meet with key stakeholders to discuss and document the product requirements for the application. Collaboratively, the teams will complete following tasks:
- Define the main problems and objectives
- Establish opportunities and benchmarks
- Identify the key audience and persona for the intended application
- Explore technology and resource requirements and understand initial scope
