What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to reach out to our Seattle office and schedule a call. We can discuss the details of your project, and get you a quote.
Once we get started on your project, we will invite you to our project management system where you will have 24/7 access to your project. This is where we share ideas, collaborate, upload files, and track progress.
You will also have full access to our Seattle office to discuss your project at any time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Google certified agency, well reviewed online, and we work with all the major e-commerce platforms.

As the local Seattle rep, I've owned two of my own business' over the past 17 years, and I worked with Digitawise for many years as a customer. They helped my company grow leaps and bounds, and when I sold it, I joined the team @Digitawise to help others with their digital marketing growth.
