About
I blend techniques from Thai massage and fascial unwinding to create a bodywork experience that will leave you feeling more connected, open, and balanced in your body. My work alleviates stress, myofascial holding patterns, and physical ache, while showing your body ways to move with ease and comfort.
I've practiced massage since 2018. Since attending Discovery Point School of Massage in Seattle, I've completed a mentorship in Integrating Advanced techniques, where I studied techniques from craniosacral, visceral manipulation, intra-oral massage, reiki, and somatic unwinding. In 2019 I studied Thai massage at the Sunshine School of Massage in Chiang Mai Thailand, which was a massively transformative moment in my career. Since then, I have been adapting my technique to work through the lens of Thai Yoga Massage.
