About

I blend techniques from Thai massage and fascial unwinding to create a bodywork experience that will leave you feeling more connected, open, and balanced in your body. My work alleviates stress, myofascial holding patterns, and physical ache, while showing your body ways to move with ease and comfort.

I've practiced massage since 2018. Since attending Discovery Point School of Massage in Seattle, I've completed a mentorship in Integrating Advanced techniques, where I studied techniques from craniosacral, visceral manipulation, intra-oral massage, reiki, and somatic unwinding. In 2019 I studied Thai massage at the Sunshine School of Massage in Chiang Mai Thailand, which was a massively transformative moment in my career. Since then, I have been adapting my technique to work through the lens of Thai Yoga Massage.

Greta provided an in-home massage and was able to set the ambiance of the space with relaxing sounds. Greta started with a foot bath and massage that set an air of relaxation before providing full-body therapeutic massage. Greta was able to find and focus on areas of tension. Greta was concerned less about time and more on ensuring that the therapy was effective. Overall, Greta provided an exceptional experience.

Sessions with Greta have been very quieting, allowing me to settle and tune in to my body’s needs. She works with the body with a sense of ease, which I find to be much more effective than the more aggressive styles of massage. Greta is respectful and compassionate, and I would recommend her for anyone needing a gentle approach.

I have seen Greta many times over the years for massage. Her technique is so incredible and she has healing hands. She has a natural ability to be in tune with her patient’s body and identify their needs. She always finds my trouble spots intuitively. Her massage is an experience as her technique engages the mind and truly relaxes. Whether for relaxation or healing, I highly recommend Greta. Well worth making an appointment!

Greta is not only very well educated, but sincerely compassionate and you can feel her genuine desire to help people feel better. After my motor vehicle accident I felt very disconnected with my body and I am very grateful to have had Mirror Bodywork help with that. I would recommend her to anyone I cared for, even people who are usually uncomfortable with massage, as she is incredibly professional, detail oriented, and sanitary.
