Our law firm is a boutique personal injury law firm. We purposely limit our cases to car collisions and catestrophic injuries because we firmly believe by limiting our practice area to a car collision injury, we can better serve our clients. Further, we limit the number cases we accept because we believe by catering to a small number of cases each year allows us to focus on what we are good at, which is giving individualized attention to our clients. We are purposely small in size so that we can provide individualized and personal client service. However, do not mistake small for qualification or experience. We are qualified and experienced to take a case from start to finish because we are a big enough firm to take each case to trial if we need to in order to get the best possible outcome for our clients. Unlike many firms, we don’t settle for the sake of getting a quick resolution. We believe the client should dictate the resolution and not our profit margins. We only settle cases, if we believe, the insurance companies have fully compensated our clients for their pain and injuries, making them whole.
Attorney Chong Ye brings almost ten years of experience. He has helped hundreds of clients recovers tens of million dollars through settlement, award or verdict. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The attorney will meet with the new client for a free initial consultation. This is an opportunity for the attorney to listen to the details of your case, including the nature of your accident and the extent of your injuries. The attorney will explain how he and his staff will handle your personal injury case going forward.
After the initial consultation and once the client hires us, we will then send letters to the insurance companies and medical providers notifying them we are now the representing law firm for the client. This will end harassing calls from the insurance companies and the hospitals regarding status.
Once the client completes his/her medical treatments, the attorney's office will contact the medical providers' offices for the patient's bills and medical records. Once these are gathered, we will review, highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the claim, and determine the best course of action going forward. Typically, a resolution to a normal personal injury case can take anywhere from few months after finishing the medical treatments or several years after finishing the medical treatments. The resolution depends on whether we are able to reach a resolution before filing a lawsuit or after filing a lawsuit on your behalf.

The following fees are pretty much industry standard in all personal injury cases:
33% Before filing a lawsuit;
40% After filing a lawsuit; and
Costs associated with each case advanced by the law firm and reimbursed by the client after the resolution.
There is no fee if no recovery.
