Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have an initial meeting consisting of fact finding so that we can better understand a potential client's investment goals and their current situation. At that time, we attempt to determine if the client will benefit from our services and we will be a good fit for each other. Next, we typically evaluate the client's current investments and make a proposal which might include recommendations, if appropriate. Once the client decides to move forward, we then complete the initial account documents, open accounts, and execute the recommendations according to what's been agreed in our meetings.
