As "Dr QuickBooks & Quicken" of Greater Seattle, I make house calls in my "gas-guzzling" Prius to help support and train small businesses and individuals learn how to properly manage their financial records in accounting and bookkeeping software (PC or Mac, Chromebook, desktop, online, or hosted).

I fix your financial aches and pains by setting up your small business or personal finances in the above accountant, bookkeeper, and financial management oriented programs, review what you have created or how they input their data (doing it yourself doesn't always mean you did it right), or train you how to use it to make your lives easier.
Common problems that I solve include cleaning up the mistakes that DIY frequently make, online bank feeds, payroll including setting up workers compensation in WA, tracking and paying sales tax and business and occupation tax, adding accounts, backing up, inventory, credit card processing and payments, creating meaningful reports, mapping your accounts to appropriate tax lines, creating invoices, receiving payments, depositing them correctly, and customizing your program.
I also provide QuickBooks software (Pro, Premier, and Mac) at my cost as well as QuickBooks Online at up to 50% off the first year, Point of Sale, and Enterprise at up to 20% off off Intuit's price with an approved no monthly fee or minimum merchant account.
I like it when people's eyes light up as they understand how to fi$h for themselves or make Tofu if they are a vegan.

I have them read my website, answer my questions, give me a detailed list of questions, go through a phone interview, and then meet.

I've completed the certifications from Intuit for all of their product lines including the difficult Advanced Desktop and Online exams, passed the reseller certification as well as the Sleeter Group's exams, have been named one of the Top 100 ProAdvisors in the world by Insightful Accountant for six years, was a former Operations Manager for a high-end architectural firm who used QuickBooks to manage the company's books.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Pretty much every industry in the books. My favorites are the marijuana folks because they have a large number of part time employees and are good candidates to purchase Enterprise with free DIY payroll from me at a price less than Intuit's.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Showing a bookkeeper at a manufacturing business how to save time by downloading their bank transactions, add them to their register or match them, and create renaming or bank rules. They mentioned that what took a whole day now took three hours.
