About
Winter is a Mental Health Therapist serving Seattle, New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia residents. She has a passion for working working with adults, adolescents, and children. She has experience working with anxiety, internet/ gaming addiction, depression, ADHD, ASD-related challenges, LGBTQ, substance abuse, and transgenerational trauma. Winter works eclectically to suit the needs of the individual. Under the umbrella of a family-systems based approach, modalities used in treatment may include art therapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Winter's goal is to help the community reach their highest potential and to help families live more harmonious and happier lives together.
I became a therapist so that I could help others understand themselves better so they learn how to help themselves feel better. I help others recognize insights and make connections in their own world that lead to a shift in their understanding of themselves. My goal is to help teach skills that bring meaningful and positive change into the lives of others.
